– in a 2bhk semi furnished apartment

– a gated community (Lodha NCP) at Wadala

Rent- INR 40-50k (excluding electricity)

Maid and cook-15000/2

Available 1st May, 2025 onwards

Society Amenities – Swimming Pool, Gym, Sauna, Club house, table tennis, basketball etc.

Other expenses for wifi, electricity, grocery, furnishing costs would be split equally.
