Hii looking for a Female or Couple in 2bhk (master bedroom).In the other room we are the couple staying.its semi furnished along with cupboards, bed, mattress, dining table, sofa, Fridge

Room rent :11,000 (budget friendly for couple or 2 girls with required facilities and peaceful stay without pollution and vehicle noise)

Deposit: 22,000 (refundable by your next replacement)

Additionally maintenance will be around *2000-2500 (will be divided) and water bill

*500 (will be divided) electricity around *1300 (will be divided)

Overall it will cost around 13-14k for stay it will cost 6-7k per person(if 2 persons gonna stay)
