1. Rent: ₹13,500/month( for the smaller room) (Master bedroom is occupied)

2. Deposit: ₹32,500 per person

3. Brokerage: ₹12,500 per person

4. Furniture Rent: ₹1000/month (approximately)(includes furniture in the hall ) per person

5. One-time Setup Cost: ₹1,000 per person

6. Location: Jain Society, Sion.

7. Nearest Station: Gtb (1.1 km) , Kings Circle ( 1km), Sion (2.1 km)

8. Flat Preference: Vegetarian, other than that no restrictions.

9. Possession date: Available from the 20th May, can also consider 1st June 2025
