Looking for a female flatmate for a double occupancy room from 1st July’25. It’s a 2 BHK Fully Furnished Flat. Room 1 is available for double occupancy

Location – Bhawani Nagar, Marolnaka, Andheri East

Easy access to transportation and daily needs. Seven Hills Hospital is at walkable distance. Gated society (Air India Colony), good neighborhood, ample space to walk inside the society. Gardens and Arey colony nearby.

Rent- 12,000 each (Double occupancy)

Deposit – 25,000 per head (Refundable)

Brokerage – 10,000 ( Since we had also paid)

Gas and electricity bills are divided equally. Maid is available.
